Jack Singleton won 10 caps for the national U20 team and when making his first start against Italy in February 2016 he scored a remarkable four tries.
He is yet to make his Test debut but has featured twice for England XV against the Barbarians. He took the game up at five at Harpenden RFC. His father David was a coach at the club but died tragically at the age of 56 when Jack was 13. He was educated at St George’s and Oaklands College, Harpenden and his Premiership debut was against Northampton Saints in November 2016. A summer spent in New Zealand playing for South Island club Rangiora Saracens added to the experience that Jack gained as a member of the Worcester Warriors Academy. He helped the Rangiora club to lift the North Canterbury Division One title for the first time and also played at representative level for the North Canterbury senior side. Jack’s first appearance for Worcester was in a warm-up match in October 2015 against his old club Saracens, where he had progressed from the U16 team to become captain of the U18 side.
